Some apps and services require a subscription. With a subscription, you pay to get access to content from the app or service.
Some subscriptions automatically renew unless you choose to cancel them. These include:

If you're not currently signed in with the same Apple ID that you use with the subscription that you want to manage, if you're using a different device, or if you don't see your subscription, follow the directions below.
Some subscriptions might offer a discounted or free trial. If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

Change or cancel your subscriptions
Follow the steps to view, change, or cancel your subscriptions from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch; your Mac or PC; or your Apple TV; or on other devices.
If you no longer have an Apple device, download iTunes on a PC or contact Apple Support to cancel your subscriptions.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you're being charged for a subscription but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through another provider, not through Apple. Learn what to do if you still can’t view your subscription. - Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.1
If you don’t see an option to cancel a particular subscription, then it's already canceled and won't renew. If the subscription recently expired, you should see an expiration date. If you recently canceled the subscription, you should see the date through which you'll have access to the subscription.
You might also be able to manage your subscriptions in the App Store app. Tap the Today tab, then tap your profile photo or the profile button at the top of the screen. Tap Manage Subscriptions, then tap the subscription that you want to manage.
On your Mac or PC
You can manage subscriptions in the App Store on Mac or in iTunes on a Mac or PC.
In the App Store

- Click View Information at the top of the window. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- On the Account Information page, scroll to the Manage section. To the right of Subscriptions, click Manage.
- To the right of the subscription that you want to manage, click Edit.

On your Apple TV
You can only edit subscriptions for tvOS apps that are installed on your Apple TV. For Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier), you need to use an iOS device or computer to manage your subscriptions.
- Open Settings.
- Select Accounts.
- Under Subscriptions, select Manage Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription that you want to manage.
If you're being charged for a subscription but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through another provider, not through Apple. If the subscription you want to manage isn’t installed on your Apple TV, you'll have to use your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC to change it. Manage subscriptions on other devices
Here's how to view, change, or cancel subscriptions on other devices.
- If you subscribed to the Apple Music app on an Android or Chromebook device, tap the menu button , then tap Account > Manage Membership.
- If you use the Apple TV app on a smart TV, open Settings, then go to Account > Manage Subscriptions.
If you still can't view your subscriptions
- You might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you originally subscribed. Sign in with that Apple ID and check to see if your subscriptions are billed to that account. If you have two-factor authentication turned on, you might be prompted to enter a verification code. If you can't remember the password to that Apple ID, we can help.
- Do you need to manage a family member's subscriptions? A Family Sharing organizer can’t manage subscriptions for other family members. Ask your family members to view, change, or cancel their subscriptions from their own devices or when they are signed in with their own Apple ID. You can also use Ask to Buy or Restrictions on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch; Mac or PC; or Apple TV.
- iCloud storage isn't listed with subscriptions. Here's how to view and change your iCloud storage plan on an Apple device.
- You might have subscribed directly with the provider and not through Apple. Learn how to get help with subscriptions not billed through Apple.
- If you received a fraudulent email about a subscription or Apple Music charge, you won't see the subscription when you check in iTunes or on your Apple device. If you received an email and you're not sure if it’s real, you can check to make sure that it's a legitimate email from Apple.
- If you still can't view your subscription and you signed up inside an app or iTunes (and not through a third-party provider), contact Apple Support.
