Hi, the video app on the Kindle Fire HDX suddenly started to crash. It loads for a split second, even shows the thumbnails and the menu screen then crashes back to the Kindle title screen. Had one video downloaded locally, could delete that from the Settings -> Device Options -> Storage -> Video but it doesn't help. Is there another way to clear some cache or get it running again? All other apps work fine, only the Video is crashing.
EDIT:
Got it running again. For those who have the same problem: Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage All Applications. This will by default still only show 'Third-Party Applications', change it from the drop-down menu at the top of the list to 'All Applications' then scroll down to the bottom where you see 'Video' in the list (has a Prime icon). Click it then click 'Clear Cache' and 'Clear Data'. It will warn you about stuff, but don't worry about it. After this I restarted the Kindle, not sure if necessary, but can't hurt :) Then started Videos again and it showed the welcome title page and worked again.
